 is wasted. This is equal to:\n\n\n	\n\n	119 Billion Pounds of 
 Food\n	\n	\n	130 Billion Meals\n	\n	\n	$408 Billion in Food 
 Dollars\n	\n\n\nThese are shocking statistics! Even more shocking? Food 
 waste increases by nearly 25% between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve. 
 The Clark County Purdue Extension Office wants to help you reduce your food 
 waste this holiday season! Holiday Leftover Makeover is a unique program 
 providing tips and tricks for repurposing your holiday favorites!
